Something a bit different!

Morning folks!

My dear chef friend has a gorgeous nephew who is 5 next week so as he is so busy I made him a card for him.

This was made using some card from my stash, the do crafts stamps purchased from Creata online, Creata card, and a digi I purchased yesterday!

 

Bright and funky and dead easy!

Tutorial using Promarkers and Toni Arthurs Digi!

Evening all!

As promised here is a step by step of the colouring I have used to make this card.

Promarkers Colours used in the correct order!
Rose Pink
Blossom
Vanilla
Antique Rose
Blossom again
Pear Green

Firstly with your rose pink promarker go round the edges of the large flowers in the design and in inside and outside of the butterfly in the middle. There are lots of tiny dots (blossom) around in the heart and randomly colour in with your rose pink.

With your blossom promarker colour over the rose pink over the whole of the flower heads.  colour over the pink already on the butterfly and draw out. 

With the vanilla once again over the large flowers and over the complete butterfly.



Now add some depth of colour with the antique rose on the butterfly and in the center of the little flowers and blossom dots

 



fill in the flowers with your blossom promarker and over the butterfly.

 

How are you doing ? Keeping up??? You do not need to be exact, this digi is fabulously forgiving. Finally you can add the pear green as above.  and voila!

 

 

My finished design on a card using creata paper pads, new joy papers and gorgeous little porcelain flowers from my stash!

New Creata Challenge started Yesterday!

Creata Colour Block Challenge!

Yes a new challenge has started over on the create blog!

Its a very exciting one and here is my sample for said challenge!

Using a Dilly Beans digi, coloured in with Graph its. Also using the fabulous create Christmas pads, new crochet lace, joy sticker ribbons.

Toni Arthurs - A fantastic Artist

Morning All!!!

Just had to show you what I have been up to! I try not to get into a rut with my crafting and like many varied styles. However this past two weeks I have stumbled across a fantastic artist called Toni Arthurs on Facebook. Her digis are absolutely fantastic and I am colouring like mad!

Here is a couple of samples I have made using just one of her fabulous digis.

This first one is obviously Christmas. Using the fabulous creata Christmas papers and crochet trim available on the show on 14th July at 3pm. Coloured with Graphit markers.

 

Completely different colour tones! using graphits again but a more delicate, every day card.
